Since 1988, Powder Coating Group has grown to operate REP Powder Coatings and MetWood in Penrose. Under new ownership since 2019, we’ve expanded with advanced sublimation lines and focus on innovation through strong partnerships. As one of the few approved powder coating applicators in NZ for major suppliers like Dulux and Interpon, we offer trusted warranties and use only the world’s leading powders. We coat aluminium and galvanised steel to WANZ standards using premium products from Dulux and Interpon. As approved applicators, we ensure top-tier, consistent quality.
Warranties
As Approved Applicators for Dulux and Interpon, we offer warranties on their coatings. Our Metwood finish features a two-stage process- powder coating followed by sublimation with a 25-year warranty from Interpon and a 10-year pattern warranty from Menphis.
