Stage 3 of the Awatere Village, owned by Oceania Healthcare has been thoughtfully designed to complement its central Hamilton location. Spectrum 50*50 SHS battens finished in a Metwood Dark Cedar were installed between units to provide separation and privacy, while allowing natural light to flood through the floor to ceiling windows. 40*20 fins were also installed for extra screening around AC units.
Spectrum privacy screens with a Metwood finish were also used in Stage 2 of this development, helping create a consistent and cohesive architectural look across both stages, while delivering a durable, low maintenance solution suited to long term residential living.
