As the core of our business we pride ourselves in our expertise in powder coating. We have a variety of spray booths and oven configurations which we can tailor to the specific requirements of each particular job. This enables us to handle not only standard components such as aluminium extrusions and panels but also small components and the oddly shaped and sized components such as multigym equipment, boat hatches, balustrades, shelving etc.
We use only high quality powders from recognized suppliers. We have very strong relationships with these suppliers and see them as key partners in our business. Their technical resources add to the expertise we can offer our customers. Their supply means we can coat in a wide range of standard colours and finishes as well as specifically matched colours and effects.

For certain results or sizes of component we can offer an industrial wet spraying service at our premises. This facility is used regularly for products requiring outdoor long life warranties. As an approved applicator we can offer 5 and 10 year Warranties fully tested and backed up by the paint supplier.
We are also able to offer wet spraying for larger components which will not fit into the powder coating ovens.
New technology advances now mean that we are also able to powder coat onto MDF and certain plastics in addition to the normal metal substrates. We are happy to discuss these applications with you.
We have a blasting facility at our site capable of anything from a light sand sweep blast through to a full grit blast. This process is suitable for preparation of galvanizing or raw steel ready for further coating or wet spraying.
Some components are not robust enough to blast and so when complete removal of coatings is required we have the on site capability to strip back to a bare surface. After stripping we can ensure a rapid move to chemical pretreatment to protect the exposed surface from corrosion or deterioration.
This plant is specifically designed to remove powder coating from Aluminium extrusion, so window manufacturers can re-use over-runs.
Pretreatment of the surface is vital for ensuring a quality and long lasting result for our customers. We have a comprehensive on site ability to pretreat Aluminium, Zinc and ferrous substrates, including derusting, zinc phosphate, acid etch and chromate baths. Our large tanks can handle a broad size range of metal components.
We also offer Zinc Shield powder coating which can offer a protective surface similar to hot dip galvanizing for certain applications.
Often driveway gates can become very tired looking. We can blast clean, wet prime, epoxy undercoat and top coat in either powder or wet spray to whatever standard the customer requires and all at the same place!
